Wir suchen Dich

Für unser wachsendes Team an unserem Standort Frankfurt a.M. suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h) und unbefristet, als Schichtleiter (m/w/d) einer chemischen Optimierungsanlage.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du bist Teil des Anlagenteams, das für den Betrieb unserer Anlage zur Lithiumgewinnung (hydrometallurgischer Prozess) verantwortlich ist.
  • Du leitest ein Team, das im Schichtbetrieb die Pilotanlage in Betrieb nimmt und betreibt, dabei verteilst du die verschiedenen Aufgaben innerhalb deines Teams.
  • Du organisierst die Arbeit deines Teams, um zu den Zielen beizutragen (Prozessinbetriebnahme, stabiler Betrieb, Datenerfassung, Validierung des Prozessdesigns, Prozessverbesserung usw.).
  • Du ist in der Lage, die Arbeit mit Kontext zu verbinden und den Mitarbeitern in deinem Team Ziele und Prioritäten mitzuteilen.
  • Nach einer gezielten Schulung verstehst Du die technischen Aspekte des Prozesses (Chemie, Ausrüstung, Einfluss der Prozessparameter), um den Prozess spezifikationsgerecht zu betreiben und wirst zur Vorschlagskraft bei Problemlösungen.
  • Du arbeitest in Übereinstimmung mit Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards, für dich, dein Team und die Menschen, die im Technikum im Allgemeinen arbeiten.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Auch wenn nicht alle folgenden Punkte auf Dich zutreffen, freuen wir uns Dich kennenzulernen und über die Möglichkeit einer Zusammenarbeit mit Dir zu sprechen!

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Verfahrenstechnik, des Chemieingenieurwesens oder vergleichbar - oder Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Chemikant mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, optimalerweise auch als Schichtleiter.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der angewandten Forschung und Entwicklung, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld.
  • Idealerweise hast du Kenntnisse in Adsorptionsverfahren, Ionenaustauschern und bringst Erfahrung in der Lithiumindustrie mit.
  • Analytisches Denken, ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du bist bereit deiner Tätigkeit in einem Schichtmodell nachzugehen.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
