Für unser dynamisches und kreatives Project Controls Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40 h) als Senior Planner (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du implementierst und steuerst die Terminplanung für Engineering, Procurement und Construction (EPC) und koordinierst dich eng mit den leitenden Planer:innen der Auftragnehmer.
  • Du stellst die Qualität und Konsistenz der Zeitpläne sicher.
  • Du managst Projekttermine über alle Phasen hinweg, analysierst den kritischen Pfad sowie Zeitpuffer und kommunizierst Abweichungen inklusive geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung.
  • Du beteiligst dich aktiv am Management-of-Change-Prozess (MoC) und koordinierst die zeitnahen und präzisen Auswirkungen von Änderungen auf den Terminplan sowie die Progress-Baseline.
  • Du ermittelst den Projektfortschritt mithilfe von Earned Value Management (EVMS) unter Anwendung der Rules of Credit (RoC).
  • Du organisierst und leitest interaktive Planungssitzungen (IAP).
  • Du unterstützt den Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) Prozess inklusive Workshops und Reporting.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der Schnittstellen und der Zusammenarbeit zwischen einzelnen Fachbereichen in EPC-Projekten sowie ein gutes Verständnis kritischer Projektphasen.
  • Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Branchen wie Öl & Gas, Bergbau, Chemie oder erneuerbare Energien.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Primavera P6 und MS Project.
  • Du hast mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit hands-on Mentalität, arbeitest sorgfältig und möchtest dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
