Description du poste

Vous rejoignez l'équipe ADV en CDD et aurez en charge les tâches suivantes :

  • Élaboration, traitement et suivi des devis, commandes et livraisons dans le respect des procédures ADV mises en place.
  • Élaboration des devis pour les prospects.
  • Collecte des renseignements nécessaires pour répondre rapidement aux e-mails et/ou aux demandes clients.
  • Support aux clients et aux distributeurs.
  • Assistance pour le suivi des livraisons des commandes enregistrées.
  • Ouverture, suivi et classement des dossiers clients.
  • Collaboration et interaction avec les services comptabilité, logistique et informatique dans le cadre du suivi des dossiers clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications recherchées.

  • Bac+2/3
  • Bon niveau d'anglais afin de pouvoir échanger à l'écrit et à l'oral avec des interlocuteurs non francophones
  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire
  • Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et vous savez prendre des initiatives
  • Vous possédez un excellent relationnel et vous avez une appétence forte pour le travail en équipe
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé avec un ERP et/ou un CRM
