Estamos em busca de um(a) Closer de Vendas para fortalecer nosso time comercial e atuar diretamente na geração e fechamento de novos negócios.

Esse profissional será responsável por conduzir todo o processo comercial, desde a prospecção ativa de oportunidades até a negociação e fechamento de contratos, atuando de forma consultiva para compreender as necessidades dos clientes e apresentar as soluções da empresa de forma estratégica.

Buscamos alguém com perfil comercial, persuasivo e orientado a resultados, capaz de construir relacionamento com decisores, identificar oportunidades de negócio e conduzir negociações com eficiência.

Principais responsabilidades:

Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes por meio de telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp e LinkedIn. Identificar empresas alinhadas ao perfil de cliente ideal (ICP) da empresa. Realizar qualificação de leads, compreendendo desafios, necessidades e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos do cliente. Conduzir reuniões comerciais e apresentações da solução, demonstrando valor e aplicabilidade para o negócio do cliente. Elaborar e apresentar propostas comerciais alinhadas às necessidades identificadas. Conduzir negociações e fechamentos de contratos, buscando eficiência no ciclo comercial. Realizar follow-ups estruturados com prospects em negociação. Registrar todas as interações comerciais no CRM corporativo, garantindo gestão adequada do pipeline. Solicitar indicações de novos potenciais clientes, ampliando a rede de oportunidades comerciais. Acompanhar indicadores de performance comercial, buscando melhoria contínua de resultados. Colaborar com marketing e liderança comercial compartilhando feedbacks sobre mercado, objeções e oportunidades.
