Job Summary

We seek an experienced Test Engineer to develop, debug, and validate ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, debug, and bring up ATE test programs to ensure accurate semiconductor product testing
  • Operate Advantest 93K (SmarTest 7/8) and/or Teradyne UltraFlex platforms to execute test procedures
  • Collaborate with design engineers to debug first-silicon issues, characterize devices, and support production release
  • Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, functional testing, and MBIST to verify digital circuit functionality
  • Perform device characterization across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions to validate performance
  • Characterize mixed-signal IPs such as ADCs, DACs, and PLLs to ensure signal integrity and accuracy
  • Support test program handover, yield improvement, and test-time reduction initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency
  • Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Quality, and Foundry Engineering teams to align testing with product goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex ATE platforms is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics to support comprehensive test development
  • Experience in ATE test program development, debugging, and device characterization to deliver reliable test solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and laboratory skills to troubleshoot and optimize test processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document and communicate test results clearly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
