The posting

At Vyntra, we help financial institutions detect and prevent financial crime through intelligent transaction monitoring and fraud prevention technology. We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager who combines practical fraud prevention expertise with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with banking customers.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing advisory role. You will understand how banks use detection technology in practice, help them improve outcomes and work across Vyntra to ensure they get lasting value from our solutions.

What you will do

  • • Own relationships with a portfolio of financial institution customers, engaging fraud operations, risk, technology and senior business stakeholders.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor on fraud detection and prevention, helping customers optimise how they use Vyntra’s solutions.
  • • Proactively review customer needs, platform adoption and detection effectiveness; identify risks, improvements and opportunities to deliver greater value.
  • • Discuss fraud typologies, transaction monitoring, detection rules and tuning, alert quality, false positives and investigation workflows with confidence.
  • • Lead customer reviews, workshops and improvement plans, following through on actions and measurable outcomes.
  • • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Support and Sales to resolve challenges and turn customer feedback into product improvements.
  • • Support retention and growth by building strong relationships, demonstrating value and identifying opportunities to extend the use of our solutions.

About you

You bring strong, practical experience in fraud detection and prevention, gained within a bank, financial institution or a technology provider working with banking customers. You understand how fraud detection technology works in practice, from transaction monitoring, fraud typologies and detection rules to scoring, false positives and investigation workflows.

You're comfortable going beyond the technology itself to understand the challenges customers face and help them improve their fraud prevention outcomes. You can engage confidently with fraud specialists and technical teams, while also building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating complex topics into clear, practical advice.

You're proactive, organised and commercially aware. You enjoy taking ownership of customer relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement and bringing people together to get things done. You understand that successful customer relationships are built on delivering measurable value, encouraging adoption and helping customers get the most from their investment.

You'll also bring fluent professional English and French.

Useful additional experience

Experience with enterprise fraud platforms, analytics, machine learning or AI-enabled detection solutions would be valuable, as would knowledge of payment fraud, account-to-account payments and banking operations. Experience managing an ongoing customer portfolio, leading business reviews and supporting customer retention or growth would also be an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
