Ce qui t'attend

  • Dans un premier temps, tu soutiens notre équipe de spécialistes en placement expérimentés dans le conseil à nos clients sur leurs investissements.
  • Après une solide formation on\-the\-job de plusieurs mois, tu prends progressivement la responsabilité de clients, les accompagnes dans leurs décisions d'investissement et développes avec eux une relation de confiance durable.
  • Tu échanges régulièrement avec tes clients, leur expliques de manière claire l'évolution des marchés et les implications pour leurs investissements, et identifies de manière proactive leurs besoins.
  • Tu élabores des propositions de placement sur mesure, les présentes de manière convaincante et accompagnes leur mise en œuvre.
  • Tu assures la transmission et le suivi des ordres de bourse de nos clients.
  • Tu participes à des projets d'améliorations continues et d'automatisation visant à simplifier nos processus et nos méthodes de travail.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Expérience confirmée dans le conseil en placements auprès d'une clientèle privée
  • Formation bancaire terminée avec succès. Un atout : Formation supérieure en finance, banque ou économie dans une haute école spécialisée ou université
  • Bonne connaissance des marchés financiers et des principales classes d'actifs
  • Aisance avec la clientèle et communication claire en français
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand pour la communication interne (indispensable)
  • Curiosité, ambition, initiative et esprit d'équipe
  • Intérêt pour l'automatisation et l'intelligence artificielle afin d'optimiser nos méthodes de travail.
