Für die bevorstehende Hochphase suchen wir für einen befristeten Einsatz von 4 bis 6 Monaten (mit Möglichkeit auf Festanstellung) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zur Verstärkung für unser Customer Service am Hauptsitz in Zug.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei Fragen rund um den Login ins eBanking und Mobile Banking.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kundschaft telefonisch bei der Nutzung ihrer digitalen Bankdienstleistungen. Du beantwortest Kundenanliegen freundlich, professionell und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du wirst sorgfältig in unsere Systeme und Prozesse eingeführt und erhältst jederzeit Unterstützung durch ein erfahrenes Team.
  • Du sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung im Kundenservice einer modernen und digitalen Bank.

Das bringst du mit

  • Laufendes Studium, abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Bildungsweg
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder telefonischen Support von Vorteil, offen für motivierte Quereinsteiger/\-innen
  • Absolventinnen und Absolventen auf der Suche nach einem spannenden Berufseinstieg.
  • Personen mit Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder telefonischen Support.
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an telefonischer Beratung
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässige, geduldige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Übersicht auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe für digitale Anwendungen und Prozesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
