Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du begleitest unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in Schadensituationen und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich gut betreut fühlen.
  • Du nimmst Schadenmeldungen telefonisch und schriftlich entgegen, klärst die wichtigsten Punkte ab und koordinierst die nächsten Schritte.
  • Du bearbeitest Schadenfälle in den Bereichen Sach\-, Motorfahrzeug\- und Haftpflichtversicherung zunehmend selbstständig.
  • Bei komplexeren Fällen wirst du von erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen unterstützt und entwickelst dein Fachwissen laufend weiter.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Versicherungslehre, idealerweise ergänzt durch erste praktische Erfahrung in der Schadenbearbeitung
  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie am telefonischen und schriftlichen Austausch
  • Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, ösischkenntnisse ein Plus
