Vzw Stallevoet zet zich in voor het organiseren van betaalbare, kwaliteitsvolle, buurtgerichte, Nederlandstalige kinderopvang waar het kind centraal staat en waarin wij streven naar maximale betrokkenheid van het gezin. Als organisatie in volle ontwikkeling in een sector die volop in beweging is, willen wij ons team versterken. Voor ons kinderdagverblijf Kraakje te Ukkel zijn wij op zoek naar een leidinggevende met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid én avontuur.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor ouders, medewerkers, samenwerkingspartners en bestuur. Je zal alle processen van het kinderdagverblijf aansturen en leiding geven aan 15 à 20 medewerkers.

Als leidinggevende sta je er niet alleen voor. Je wordt professioneel ondersteund door een betrokken team van stafmedewerkers, de coördinator van de vzw, collega-leidinggevenden en het bestuur. Samen zorgen we voor een sterke omkadering waarin overleg, samenwerking en ondersteuning centraal staan.

  • Je beschikt over een relevant diploma binnen de zorg- of welzijnssector.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en weet medewerkers op een positieve, motiverende en verbindende manier aan te sturen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, luistert actief en communiceert op een open, respectvolle en duidelijke manier.
  • Je beschikt over organisatorisch inzicht en weet prioriteiten te stellen, het overzicht te bewaren en efficiënt te plannen.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en besluitvaardig, maar hecht tegelijkertijd veel belang aan overleg en samenwerking.
  • Je bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht en weet op een constructieve manier om te gaan met onverwachte situaties en veranderingen.
  • Je hebt een coachende en ondersteunende houding en stimuleert medewerkers om hun talenten verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen, denkt kritisch en constructief mee en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
  • Je bent empathisch, toegankelijk en betrokken, met oog voor het welzijn van zowel medewerkers als de mensen voor wie we zorg dragen.
  • Je herkent jezelf in onze visie en waarden en draagt deze op een positieve en professionele manier uit
  • Je kan vlot overweg met courante digitale toepassingen en bent bereid je verder te verdiepen in de gebruikte systemen.
