The posting

Ouderenzorg Glorieux bestaat uit 2 woonzorgcentra, 2 groepen van assistentiewoningen en een Centrum voor Dagverzorging.

Op de site in Maarkedal bevinden zich WZC De Samaritaan dat 184 bewoners huisvest, GAW Jericho met 20 assistentiewoningen en het CDV De Samaritaan voor 10 daggasten. In Ronse huisvest WZC Hogerlucht 48 bewoners. De 50 assistentiewoningen van GAW Forum Sint-Hermes bevinden zich op de campus van AZ Glorieux.

Het is de opdracht van Ouderenzorg Glorieux om kwalitatief hoogstaande zorgen te verstrekken aan ouderen door enerzijds de nodige deskundigheid aan de dag te leggen, maar vooral ook door onze bewoners een warm hart toe te dragen.

Ouderenzorg Glorieux draagt ook zorg voor haar medewerkers. We zijn transparant in onze verwachtingen en komen onze beloftes na. Eerlijkheid en betrouwbaarheid stellen we voorop. Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker voor de sociale dienst met een hart voor ouderenzorg.

  • Je staat in voor het onthaal van (kandidaat-)bewoners en mantelzorger(s) en biedt hen de nodige psychosociale en administratieve ondersteuning voor, tijdens en na het verblijf.
  • Je houdt de wachtlijst up-to-date.
  • Je rapporteert, informeert en overlegt met het diensthoofd sociale dienst.
  • Je komt in contact met alle disciplines die werkzaam zijn binnen Ouderenzorg. In het bijzonder werk je nauw samen met de collega’s van de sociale dienst en administratie en je overlegt op regelmatige basis met de hoofdverpleegkundigen.
  • Je hebt regelmatig contacten met verwijzende instanties (ziekenhuizen, andere woonzorgcentra, huisartsen, …) en dienstverlenende instanties (mutualiteiten, gemeentebestuur, …).
  • Je wisselt multidisciplinair informatie uit met interne en externe partners.
  • Je vervult een aantal administratieve taken.
  • Je neemt receptie en onthaal waar bij afwezigheid van de onthaalmedewerker.
  • Je optimaliseert en participeert actief aan een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle zorg- en dienstverlening.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma sociaal werk of sociaal verpleegkundige.
  • Of je bent in het bezit van een ander relevant diploma en je hebt ervaring in het werken met ouderen.
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderen.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot, maar discreet.
  • Je past je vlot aan in verschillende situaties.
  • Je hebt kennis van de sociale wetgeving en het sociaal netwerk.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de courante pc-toepassingen.
  • Kwaliteitsvolle zorg primeert. Integriteit en respect typeren je.
  • Men kent jou als een enthousiast en welgezind iemand.
