Die W\&H CH AG steht für innovative Dentaltechnologie, höchste Qualität und zuverlässigen Kundenservice. Zur Verstärkung unseres technischen Kundendienstes suchen wir eine engagierte, selbstständige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als Servicetechniker/in für die Region Zürich und Umgebung.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise als Polymechaniker/in, Automatiker/in, Elektriker/in, Mechatroniker/in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im technischen Aussendienst, vorzugsweise in der Dental\- oder Medizintechnik

* Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der selbstständigen Fehlersuche und Problemlösung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Führerausweis der Kategorie B

* Idealerweise Wohnsitz in der Region Zürich oder Umgebung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von Sterilisatoren und Thermodesinfektoren

* Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen

* Durchführung geplanter Wartungs\- und Serviceeinsätze bei unseren Kunden

* Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort

* Eigenständige und effiziente Planung Ihrer Serviceeinsätze

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Rapportierung der ausgeführten Arbeiten

* Teilnahme an regelmässigen internen Produktschulungen und Weiterbildungen
