Aufgaben In dieser Funktion sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unserer engagierten Teams in den Würth Shops in Zuchwil und Aarwangen. Wir suchen eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsgedanken:

  • Beraten und überzeugen Sie unsere Kunden durch kompetente Gespräche, um ihren Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden und Verkäufe zu generieren
  • Sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, indem Sie Bestellungen im System erfassen und die Waren\- sowie Lagerbewirtschaftung verantworten
  • Unterstützen Sie das Team durch die Durchführung administrativer Büroarbeiten, um den reibungslosen Betrieb des Würth Shops zu gewährleisten
  • Setzen Sie verkaufsfördernde Massnahmen um und halten Sie dabei die Vorgaben im Blick, um den Umsatz und Erfolg des Shops zu steigern
  • Seien Sie Teil unseres Engagements für Kundenbindung und Kundenzufriedenheit, indem Sie bei Kundenevents mitwirken und Inventuren unterstützen; zusätzlich nehmen Sie an Sitzungen teil, um zur Weiterentwicklung des jeweiligen Shops beizutragen

Voraussetzungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachfrau/\-mann EFZ im Bereich Eisenwaren o.ä.
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und eine freundliche Persönlichkeit sind Teil Ihrer Professionalität im Kundenkontakt
  • Ihre ausgeprägte Verkaufsmentalität und der Wille, stets die Extra\-Meile zu gehen, machen Sie zu einem motivierten und erfolgreichen Verkaufsprofi
  • SAP\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil und ermöglichen Ihnen eine effiziente Abwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse
