Aufgaben Als Teil unseres jungen und dynamischen Teams bist du in dieser spannenden Funktion zuständig für den Bereich Work Wear. Du bist Ambassador für unsere Marke MODYF und baust in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Aussendienstmitarbeitenden den vorhandenen Kundenstamm aus und pflegst kontinuierlich deine Kundenbeziehungen. Über fachspezifische Beratungen, Preisverhandlungen, Offertenerstellungen und erfolgreiche Verkaufsabschlüsse gestaltest du die Kundenbeziehung aktiv mit und trägst so massgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

  • In Zusammenarbeit mit den Aussendienstmitarbeitenden organisierst du dir eigenständig Kundentermine
  • Du bist von der Anfrage über die Offertenerstellungen bis hin zur Bestellung verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und übernimmst die Kommunikation zwischen Kunden, Innendienst, Aussendienst und Lieferanten
  • Mit deinem dir persönlich zur Verfügung gestellten MODYF Work Wear Bus führst du kompetente Beratungen vor Ort beim Kunden durch und unterstützt unseren Vertrieb systematisch beim Verkauf von Arbeitsbekleidung
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung gestaltest du die Prozesse proaktiv mit und beteiligst dich an der Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Du bist Mitverantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von fachspezifischen Schulungen von bestehenden und neuen Mitarbeitenden

Voraussetzungen * Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Verkauf (z.B. Detailhandel) oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin mit * Du hast Freude an den Themen Work Wear und Verkauf (Arbeitserfahrung in der Textilbranche von Vorteil) * Du besitzt einen gültigen PW Führerausweis (Kat. B) * Du bist gerne mit Menschen in Kontakt, dienstleistungsorientiert und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick * Du bringst eine proaktive, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit * Du bringst Humor, Positivität und Motivation mit * Du besitzt sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse * Wohnort ist idealerweise in der Region Solothurn/Bern
