Η Würth Hellas, μέλος του διεθνούς Ομίλου Würth και μία από τις κορυφαίες εταιρείες στον χώρο των επαγγελματικών εργαλείων και λύσεων, αναζητά Remote Telesales Representative για την ενίσχυση της ομάδας πωλήσεων. Η θέση είναι 100% εξ αποστάσεως και απευθύνεται σε υποψηφίους από όλη την Ελλάδα. Μετά από πλήρως αμειβόμενη εκπαίδευση ενός μήνα στα κεντρικά γραφεία της εταιρείας, θα εργάζεσαι από τον χώρο σου, έχοντας στη διάθεσή σου όλα τα απαραίτητα εργαλεία και τη συνεχή υποστήριξη της ομάδας μας.

Requirements

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου επαγγελματιών.
  • Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με πελάτες για την παρουσίαση προϊόντων, νέων λύσεων και εμπορικών προτάσεων.
  • Διερεύνηση των αναγκών των πελατών και παροχή ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων.
  • Δημιουργία, καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών.
  • Ανάπτυξη σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης και μακροχρόνιων συνεργασιών.
  • Επίτευξη ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ευχέρεια στη διαχείριση πελατών και διαπραγμάτευση.
  • Εμπορική αντίληψη και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Άνεση στη χρήση ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή και εφαρμογών Microsoft Office.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε περιβάλλον στόχων.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
