Die International nimmt eine zentrale Funktion innerhalb des Konzerns ein. Als globaler Player beliefern wir die ganze Welt und tätigen von Chur aus den Zentraleinkauf der Waren aller \-Gesellschaften ausserhalb Deutschlands. Als Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägten planerischen Fähigkeiten sind Sie ein wichtiges Bindeglied in der Supply Chain. Wir suchen rasch möglichst oder nach Vereinbarung eine dynamische und an selbstständiges Arbeiten gewohnte Persönlichkeit mit einer raschen Auffassungsgabe zur Verstärkung unseres fünfköpfigen Dispositions\-Teams an unserem Standort Landquart.

Was Sie bewegen

  • Sie verantworten ein eigenes Lieferanten\- und Artikelportfolio und sorgen für eine optimale Warenverfügbarkeit.
  • Sie planen Bedarfe, Forecasts und Promotionen und steuern die Bestände mithilfe moderner Planungssysteme.
  • Sie überwachen offene Bestellungen, Liefertermine sowie Lagerbestände und leiten bei Engpässen oder Abweichungen die notwendigen Massnahmen ein.
  • Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit Lieferanten sowie internen Fachbereichen wie Einkauf, Produktmanagement, , Customer Service und Logistik.
  • Sie analysieren Kennzahlen, erkennen Optimierungspotenziale und wirken aktiv an Prozessverbesserungen und Digitalisierungsprojekten mit.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Handel, Einkauf, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Einkauf / Materialwirtschaft oder Warendisposition
  • SAP/ERP Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office\-Palette
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse (C1 Niveau)
  • Kundenorientiertes, vernetztes und lösungsorientiertes Denken, Analytisches Denkvermögen, Datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung, Prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
