DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du koordinierst unser Entwicklungsprogramm für Potentialtragende und behältst von der Terminkoordination über die Anmeldungen bis zur Seminarvorbereitung den Überblick.
  • Du bist im direkten Kontakt mit der Kundschaft und erste Anlaufstelle für unsere internationalen Teilnehmenden.
  • Du pflegst die Aussendarstellung des Programms im Intranet und im Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Du behältst das Controlling im Blick und überwachst Budget und Teilnehmendenzahlen.
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben und arbeitest an Projekten mit.

DU BRINGST MIT

  • Erfahrung im Office\-Management und Freude daran, Organisationsthemen sowie Prozesse ganzheitlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ein sicheres Gespür für die deutsche Sprache sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Kundschaftsorientierung – auch in hektischen Situationen
  • Eine Hands\-on\-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, pragmatische Lösungen zu finden
  • Viel Erfahrung im Umgang mit Software und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Kenntnisse in Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
