The posting

Met 2.000 medewerkers is WAAK het grootste maatwerkbedrijf van Zuid-West-Vlaanderen. Binnen WAAK geloven wij in het potentieel van mensen. Door middel van begeleiding en opleiding willen wij talent tot ontwikkeling laten komen.

Functie en takenpakket

  • Je volgt de loopbaan van een groep van 75 omkaderingsmedewerkers op binnen de business unit ‘diensten op locatie’: van het voeren van de selectiegesprekken en het opvolgen van hun onboardingsproces tot het opstellen van een opleidingsplan, het mee helpen voorbereiden van evaluatiegesprekken en het voeren van de loopbaan- & exitgesprekken.
  • Je gaat wekelijks meermaals extern op bezoek bij de verschillende teams ter plaatse, met de focus op het aan het werk zien en ondersteunen van het omkaderingspersoneel. Dit kan gaan van bezoeken bij bedrijven voor onze enclavewerking, plaatselijke bezoeken bij o.a. steden en gemeenten voor de afdeling groendienst tot werfbezoeken voor onze schilder- en schoonmaakdienst.
  • Je coacht de teamverantwoordelijken en hun leidinggevenden om (moeilijke) gesprekken met hun medewerkers aan te gaan, dit met het oog op verdere persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je werkt binnen jouw taken nauw samen met de verantwoordelijken en coördinatoren binnen deze business unit. Je komt terecht in het HR team ‘diensten op locatie’ van 5 personen en rapporteert aan de HR Business Partner.
  • Je werkt halftijds (1/2) of deeltijds (4/5).
  • Je hebt een vlotte communicatiestijl en bent toegankelijk.
  • Je hebt een mensgerichte visie op HR en stelt persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige coachingvaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een kritische open blik, durft zaken in vraag te stellen en slaagt erin om een overkoepelende blik te behouden.
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je werkt halftijds (1/2) of deeltijds (4/5)
