Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden, technischen Service-Teams, Engineering-Spezialisten, Projektmanagern sowie internen Kompetenzzentren zusammen.

Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?

Sie sind der technische Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden im Bereich Wartung, Modernisierung und Flottenmanagement. Sie koordinieren technische Aktivitäten, unterstützen bei technischen Herausforderungen und tragen zum Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen bei.

Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bahnindustrie oder einem technischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in Bahntechnik, Systemintegration oder Flottenmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung/Werkstatt von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln und Prioritäten sicher zu setzen

Wie sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus?

  • Koordination technischer Kundenanfragen
  • Unterstützung bei dringenden und sicherheitsrelevanten Themen
  • Erstellung technischer Angebote und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Steuerung von Service- und TSG-Projekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kompetenzzentren
  • Analyse von Flotten- und Zustandsdaten
  • Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Dokumentation technischer Themen und Reporting an das Management
