HR-stagiair

Wat ga je doen? Als HR-stagiair krijg jij de unieke kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen alle aspecten van het HR-vak. Of het nu gaat om werving- en selectie of het organiseren van opleidingen: jij zal als volwaardig lid van ons team meedraaien en waardevolle ervaringen opdoen. Bij ons krijg jij alle ruimte om jouw eigen ideeën in te brengen. Samen met ons team van zes HR-professionals zorgen wij ervoor dat jij het maximale uit je stageperiode haalt.

Wie ben jij? Ben jij een communicatief vaardige, proactieve en enthousiaste HR-student met een groot inlevingsvermogen en een integere houding? Werk je zelfstandig, maar zoek je ook graag de samenwerking op met collega's? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! In deze uitdagende rol kun je jouw talenten laten zien, jezelf verder ontwikkelen en de mogelijkheid krijgen om je zowel professioneel als persoonlijk verder te ontplooien.

Wat bieden wij? Een prettige en uitdagende stage waarin je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen en jouw bijdrage wordt gewaardeerd. Tijdens deze stage krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen en je kennis en vaardigheden verder uit te breiden. Daarnaast krijg je een werktelefoon en een werklaptop ter beschikking. De stagevergoeding bedraagt € 500,00 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week).

Wat vindt onze huidige stagiair van de functie? ''Mijn naam is Eva en sinds september 2026 loop ik stage als HR-stagiair bij Wagenborg Nedlift. Al in de eerste week voelde ik mij welkom dankzij de betrokken, behulpzame en enthousiaste collega’s. Je wordt volledig meegenomen in zowel de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden als de langdurige projecten. Ook krijg je het vertrouwen en de verantwoordelijkheid om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan, waardoor je echt een bijdrage kunt leveren aan de organisatie. Dit zorgt ervoor dat ik mij gewaardeerd voel en het gevoel heb dat mijn werkzaamheden van betekenis zijn.

Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden is er ook ruimte om eigen ideeën in te brengen, studieopdrachten uit te voeren en jezelf zowel persoonlijk als professioneel te ontwikkelen. Mijn stage bij Wagenborg Nedlift heeft mijn interesse in het HR-vakgebied nu al verder vergroot. Mede dankzij de fijne begeleiding en de familiecultuur binnen Wagenborg Nedlift leer ik veel en haal ik veel plezier uit de samenwerking met de collega’s.''
