Sales/Account Manager Managed Services (m/w/d) 80\-100%

Aufgaben

  • Betreuen von Kunden als Account Manager und Pflegen der Kundenbeziehungen (mit Fokus auf Managed Services): Gewährleisten der regelmässigen Kontakte, Erkennen von Bedürfnissen und Sicherstellen der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Identifizieren, Qualifizieren und Bearbeiten von Leads bis hin zum Abschluss der Fälle
  • Identifikation von Up\- und Cross\-Selling\-Potenzialen im Managed Services Umfeld
  • Präsentieren der WAGNER AG bei Interessenten sowie umfassendes Beraten von Kunden
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Teamkolleginnen/\-kollegen
  • Selbständiges Erstellen von Offerten und Konzepten für schlüsselfertige IT\-Lösungen
  • Unterstützen bei Presales\-Aufgaben wie Systemdesign, Konfiguration, Sizing und technische Abklärungen
  • Dokumentieren der Leads im CRM sowie stetiges Nachfassen der offenen Fälle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Projektleitern und Technikern

Voraussetzungen

  • Zwingend mehrjährige Jahre Sales\-Erfahrung im IT\-Dienstleistungsumfeld
  • Zwingend Erfahrung in den Bereichen Managed Services, Cloud und IT\-Outsourcing
  • Positionierung des Unternehmens als kompetenter Managed Services Partner
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Serviceportfolios
  • Extrovertierte und empathische Persönlichkeit welche Freude am Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern und Herstellern hat
  • Verkäuferisches Flair und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (Englisch von Vorteil)
  • Selbstbewusstes, souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Ambitionierte, ergebnisorientierte, selbstständige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
