Delivery Driver & Order Picker

24 - 32 hours per week | Starting ASAP Must be living in the area of Amsterdam, Almere, Haarlem, Zaandam or Pumerend.

About Wakuli

We love great coffee. That’s why we’re building an alternative coffee industry that actually works. For both farmers and consumers.

How? By working directly with farmer groups around the world. We set up transparent, traceable export lines, roast the beans ourselves and sell the coffee straight to customers. So no unnecessary middlemen or resellers. Those short supply chains make sure farmers always get a good price.

You’ll find us in 21 (and counting) bars across the Netherlands, and online through our own platform. For customers, that means freshly roasted specialty coffee that’s easy to access, relatively affordable and just seriously delicious.

We are building the new coffee brand of the 21st century with a team of like-minded innovators from all over the world. And we’re looking for you.

Your role

As Deliver Driver at Wakuli, you’ll be one of the key faces of our operations team. You’ll drive our electric Ford eTransit across the Netherlands, making sure our stores, B2B partners and events are always stocked with fresh coffee and everything else they need to keep running smoothly. From Amsterdam to the other major cities, you’ll help to keep Wakuli moving.

As Order Picker at Wakuli, you’ll work closely with our multicultural Operations & Customer Service team and jump in wherever needed. One day you might be delivering coffee to a store, the next helping with coffee production, packing webshop orders or preparing shipments in the warehouse. No two days are exactly the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive responsibly and confidently with our brand-new electric Ford eTransit.
  • Replenish our Wakuli stores across the Netherlands on a weekly basis.
  • Deliver products to our growing network of B2B customers and event locations.
  • Help improve and rethink the way we do logistics and replenishment as we continue to grow.
  • Jump in where needed at our distribution center with coffee production, order picking and packing.
  • Be the operations team player everyone enjoys working with and have fun while doing it.

What you’ll bring:

  • A driver’s license B, held for at least 2 years already.
  • Responsible driving skills, confident driving in city centers.
  • Flexible availability throughout the week.
  • A basic understanding of Dutch or English.

What we offer:

  • Free coffee for at home! And when you’re working from a bar.
  • €15.04 per hour + 10.64% holiday days and 8% holiday pay resulting in a gross salary of EUR 17.64- per hour.
  • Electric Swapfiets subscription
  • The opportunity to make a real difference in the world.
  • Talented international and impact driven colleagues with a great team spirit.

How to apply

We’d love to hear from you! To apply, please provide:

  • A brief motivation letter.
  • An up-to-date CV.

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll get back to you within 2 weeks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
