Executa atividades de manutenção e instalação de produtos e equipamentos, conforme orientação do Técnico de Manutenção. Atua no suporte operacional e na organização do ambiente de trabalho.

* Salário Base: R$ 1.518,00

* Adicional de Periculosidade: R$ 455,40

* Benefício de Vale Alimentação: R$ 18,00 por dia de trabalho efetivo (Estimativa Mensal: R$ 464,00)

* Benefício de Vale Mobilidade: R$ 12,00 por dia de trabalho efetivo (Estimativa Mensal: R$ 312,00)

Os benefícios possuem uma contrapartipa obrigatório por parte do Empregado, equivalente a 20% sobre o valor do benefício.

• Realizar os serviços internos e externos.

• Entrega, transporte, coleta e devolução de produtos e equipamentos.

• Montagem, desmontagem, instalação, desinstalação e reinstalação de produtos e equipamentos.

• Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em produtos, equipamentos e sistemas (elétricos, hidráulicos, mecânicos, eletroeletrônicos e de climatização).

• Substituição de peças, acessórios, componentes, refis, elementos filtrantes, mídias filtrantes, insumos e etc.

• Limpeza, higienização e desinfecção de produtos, equipamentos, caixa d’água, cisternas, reservatórios e etc.

• Acompanhar testes de funcionamento após intervenções em equipamentos.

• Preparar ferramentas, peças e materiais para as intervenções de manutenção.

• Controlar o uso e a conservação de ferramentas, instrumentos e materiais utilizados nos serviços de manutenção.

• Seguir orientações técnicas e operacionais repassadas pelo Técnico de Manutenção.

• Cumprir e fazer cumprir as normas de segurança do trabalho, uso de EPIs e procedimentos internos.

• Comunicar prontamente ao Técnico de Manutenção qualquer anormalidade observada nos equipamentos.

• Receber pagamentos pelos serviços e produtos vendidos aos clientes.

• Realizar atendimento a clientes, fornecedores, colaboradores e parceiros de forma presencial, digital (e-mail, redes sociais, WhatsApp, etc.) e por telefone, exclusivamente, por meio dos canais oficiais da empresa.

• Oferecer orientações claras sobre os produtos e serviços, incluindo instalação, funcionamento e manutenção, bem como sobre outros assuntos relacionados a atividade comercial.

• Coletar feedbacks dos clientes para melhoria de processos, produtos e serviços.

• Manter o seu ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e alinhado com a experiência ideal para o cliente, colaboradores e parceiros.

• Auxiliar na abertura e fechamento da empresa.

• Apoiar no recebimento e conferência de mercadorias.

• Sugerir melhorias nos processos e sistemas sob sua responsabilidade

• Participar de atividades e eventos, internos e externos, realizados pela Contratante, sejam aqueles de caráter permanente (reunião de acompanhamento de resultados, reunião de planejamento estratégico, treinamentos, eventos de integração e confraternização, etc.), sejam aqueles de caráter temporário, (estandes, feiras, painéis, conferências, congressos, convenções, palestras, seminários, etc), auxiliando no planejamento, organização, produção, mobilização, montagem/desmontagem e suporte.

• Apoiar na distribuição de materiais de apoio (pastas, blocos, canetas, crachás, brindes etc.).

• Auxiliar na organização do fluxo de entrada e saída dos participantes dos eventos.

• Acompanhar e auxiliar clientes, colaboradores, fornecedores, equipes terceirizadas e demais participantes durante a preparação e execução das atividades dos eventos.

OBS¹. Entende-se como produtos e equipamentos todos os itens, comercializados ou não pelo EMPREGADOR, que estejam, direta ou indiretamente, relacionados a sua atividade comercial, presente ou futura.

OBS². Durante a vigência deste contrato, o EMPREGADO poderá exercer outras funções e atribuições que lhe sejam compatíveis, nos diversos setores do EMPREGADOR, sem que isto signifique alteração contratual.
