* Aufbau und Leitung der Abteilung Baumkontrolle

* Management Katasterprogramm

* Kalkulation von Angeboten & Nachkalkulation der Projekte

* Kundenakquise und Betreuung Großkunden

* Qualitätssicherung

Deine Anforderungen

* Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Baumkontrolle

* Ausbildung zum FLL-Baumkontrolleur

* Wirtschaftliches Verständnis

* Disposition der Mitarbeiter, Stundenabrechnungen und Kundenbetreuung nach der Einarbeitungsphase

* Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten & selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein der Klasse B / Fahrpraxis, Klasse E/B- von Vorteil

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse um Arbeitsaufträge mündlich und schriftlich zu verstehen

* motiviert, verlässlich

* gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten

Von Vorteil:

* Erfahrung in der Baumpflege und Grünraumpflege

* Erfahrung bei weiterführenden Untersuchungen in der Baumpflege

* Erfahrung in der Kundenakquise & Mitarbeiterführung
