The posting

Wallmans is a dinner show that combines music, dance, acrobatics and live entertainment. Our home is Cirkusbygningen in the heart of Copenhagen. Alongside our show nights, the building hosts corporate events, award shows, conferences and TV productions.

We are looking for a freelance sound engineer to join our pool of trusted technicians. You will cover our FOH sound position when our permanent sound engineer is off or unavailable. Some shifts are planned well in advance, and some come at short notice.

What you will do

  • Mix our Wallmans show from FOH, following the existing show files and cue structure.
  • Run sound for corporate events in the building, such as speeches, award shows, DJs and live bands.
  • Handle line checks, RF and headset mics, and playback.
  • Work closely with our stage manager, lighting and stage team.

What we are looking for

  • Solid hands-on experience with DiGiCo consoles.
  • You're comfortable with Waves plugins in a live environment.
  • You can work in Cubase for playback, editing and show file preparation.
  • Experience with live shows or theatre, where timing and precision matter.
  • You stay calm and work independently when stepping into a running production.
  • You communicate in English. Danish or Swedish is a plus.

What we offer

  • A fun, professional team in one of Copenhagen's most iconic venues.
  • Thorough training on our show and system before you run it on your own.
  • A rate set individually based on your skills and experience.

Practical

  • Location: Cirkusbygningen, Jernbanegade 8, 1608 Copenhagen V
  • Shifts: mainly Wednesday–Saturday evenings. Other days can also occur, for example for events.
  • Start: as soon as possible

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
