Wallround hat seine Zentrale in Berlin, aber auch Standorte in Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main und München. Unser Ziel: wir machen energetische Sanierung für Mehrfamilienhäuser zum kalkulierbaren Investment-Case. Der Immobilienmarkt ist bei Modernisierungen oft eine Blackbox aus Schätzungen und Medienbrüchen. Wir ändern das. Mit unserer Plattform und einem integrierten Prozess verwandeln wir „Brown Assets“ in zukunftsfähige Renditeobjekte.

2026 ist unser Skalierungsjahr – und du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die operative Exzellenz unserer Projekte in der Umsetzung.

Als zentraler Operator in der Projektumsetzung übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Steuerung unserer Sanierungsprojekte – von der Beauftragung bis zur Abnahme. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Projekte in Bezug auf Kosten, Qualität und Zeitplan optimal umgesetzt werden und entwickelst unsere operativen Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Bauprojekten mit Fokus auf energetische Sanierung (Gebäudehülle, Heizungstechnik, PV)
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Kosten, Termine und Qualität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
  • Führung und Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter
  • Aufbau, Entwicklung und Führung eines leistungsstarken Teams am Standort
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines regionalen Netzwerks zu Partnern, Dienstleistern und relevanten Institutionen
  • Kalkulation von Baumaßnahmen nach unserer firmeninternen Berechnungsmethode
  • Technische Beratung, Monitoring und Controlling laufender Projekte
  • Verantwortung für die Projektdokumentation und den Einsatz digitaler Tools zur Projektsteuerung
  • übergeordnetes Qualitätsmanagement von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Abnahme

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft: ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bau- und Projektmanagement, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung: Du bringst einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten (5-7 Jahre) mit – idealerweise im Bereich Sanierung oder Bestand.
  • Ownership & Struktur: Du arbeitest eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und behältst
  • Tech-Affinität: Du hast Spaß daran, mit digitalen Tools zu arbeiten und Prozesse datengetrieben weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst unterschiedliche Stakeholder steuern und Entscheidungen klar vertreten.
  • Mobilität: Du besitzt einen Führerschein und bist ohne Einschränkungen in der Lage Auswärtstermine wahrzunehmen
  • Flexibilität: Du bist bereit, gelegentlich zu reisen und dich auf dynamische Projektanforderungen einzustellen
