What you'll do...
Provides MemberGuest Service by acknowledging the MemberGuest identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns promoting products and services and appropriately representing and supporting the Companys mission Receives and stocks merchandise and maintains Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with Company policies and procedures by setting up cleaning arranging and organizing product displays and merchandise removing damaged goods properly handling claims returns and signing pricing merchandise appropriately completing paperwork logs and other required documentation securing fragile and highshrink merchandise zoning the area and identifying shrink and damages Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps following proper forklift driving and spotting procedures following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials following Company steel standard guidelines and correctingreporting unsafe situations to Management Operates and maintains hardware such as cash registers and related equipment processes MemberGuest purchases and refunds and assists in payments returns refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different Membership and payment types and by stocking register supplies and box bins all while following Company policies and procedures for identifying concealed merchandise and making an effort to meet frontend performance goals Assists management with the supervision of Associates in the area of responsibility by assigning duties communicating goals and feedback teaching Company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance supporting the Open Door Policy: and participating in recruiting hiring scheduling promoting coaching and evaluating Associates Secures and safeguards the Facility and surrounding areas by controlling keys and alarm codes observing and communicating suspicious activity assisting with investigations maintaining paperwork logs and other required documentation and appropriately executing emergency response procedures Follows Company policies and local state and federal laws for Liquor sales by securing merchandise maintaining signage verifying MemberGuest identification and completing and maintaining paperwork forms and required documentation Processes MemberGuest refunds and exchanges in accordance with Company policies and procedures and sorts secures and returns merchandise to the appropriate Department Fulfills MemberGuest FaxClick n Pull orders by reviewing orders locating preparing and packaging merchandise ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to shipping shipping and tracking packages and following up on outofstock merchandise to meet MemberGuest needs Executes Company competition shopping program by monitoring local competitors to determine pricing information communicating pricing and signing changes resulting from research and properly utilizing required equipment and toolsRespect the Individual: Embraces differences in people cultures ideas and experiences creates a workplace where associates feel seen supported and connected through a culture of belonging creates opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform helps to attract the best talentRespect the Individual: Works as a team builds strong and trusting relationships communicates with impact energy and positivity to motivate and influenceRespect the Individual: Strengthens the team by helping developing and mentoring others recognizes others contributions and accomplishmentsAct with Integrity: Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity ethics and compliance models the Walmart values to support and foster our culture holds oneself and others accountable supports Walmarts goal of becoming a regenerative company by making a positive impact for associates customers members and the world around usAct with Integrity: Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble selfaware honest fair and transparentServe our Customers and Members Delivers results while putting the customer firstServe our Customers and Members Makes decisions based reliable information balances short and longterm priorities and considers how own work impacts the teams ability to deliver on our purpose for all stakeholdersStrive for Excellence: Displays curiosity and a desire to learn takes calculated risks and demonstrates courage and resilience Strive for Excellence: Drives continuous improvements is open to and uses new technologies and skills and supports others through change

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
