Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Business Support leads the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and financial accuracy. This role oversees strategic project implementation, evaluates processes for continuous improvement, and manages key performance metrics to support informed business decisions. Collaborating across teams, the manager drives operational excellence while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, this position provides leadership and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company standards and promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance aligned with Walmart’s mission and values. About the team: The Hierarchy team is dedicated to creating and maintaining a consistent, accurate, and scalable financial reporting hierarchy that supports effective business management. The team connects product classification with financial structures, ensuring proper item alignment and governance. Responsibilities include managing hierarchy rules, executing structure changes, supporting business restructures, and collaborating across Merchandising, Finance, Pricing, Analytics, and Technology. As the team transitions to the Omni Financial Hierarchy, efforts focus on simplification and modernization by reducing legacy processes and leveraging AI and automation to enhance accuracy, speed, and self-service capabilities. What you'll do:
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes to enhance operational performance and financial accuracy.
- Evaluate business operations, conduct audits, and ensure corrective actions address quality issues effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to assess strategic initiatives, determine capacity needs, and oversee integration plans.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to support business decisions.
- Manage projects by coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, and compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business goals and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in managing quality improvement processes and driving operational performance enhancements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Expertise in analyzing business metrics, identifying trends, and recommending actionable improvements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey best practices and corrective actions.
- Proficiency in Profit and Loss management and applying continuous improvement methodologies to optimize results.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
