Position Summary...
In this impactful role, you'll lead production efforts for Walmart's internal and external events, helping bring world-class experiences to life. You'll manage event production from planning through execution, partnering with suppliers, venues, and cross-functional teams while overseeing budgets, sourcing, timelines, and best practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll balance multiple projects at once, stay current on industry trends, and help deliver exceptional experiences that reflect Walmart's brands and values. Reporting to the Director of Production, you'll play a key role in creating engaging events that connect with audiences and support enterprise-wide business priorities.
What you'll do...
The Walmart Events team supports the entire Walmart enterprise through three dedicated functions: Event Production, Event Operations, and the Center of Excellence. As part of the Event Production team, you'll collaborate with talented partners across the business to produce events of varying size and complexity that bring Walmart's culture, strategy, and brand to life. Our purpose is simple: deliver world-class experiences through strategic planning, collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do... You'll help lead the planning and execution of both small and large-scale events while building strong relationships with internal partners, venues, and suppliers. This role is responsible for coordinating production timelines, managing budgets and resources, supporting on-site execution, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the event lifecycle. You'll oversee key event production elements including staging, audio/visual, lighting, graphics, décor, and attendee experience. You'll also identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and cost efficiencies while helping ensure events are delivered seamlessly and aligned with Walmart's brand standards.
What You'll Bring...
- 2+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, live events, corporate events, or a related field.
- Experience planning and executing events with varying levels of size, complexity, and budget.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating production elements such as staging, A/V, lighting, graphics, or venue logistics.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
