This role will also support the internal tools and products used by Sam’s Club Connect teams, helping translate associate and business needs into clear product, go-to-market, launch, and adoption priorities that improve how our teams work and support continued growth.

The Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Media Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Measurement, Launch Readiness, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help shape how advertiser-facing products and internal capabilities are positioned, launched, communicated, and adopted across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across some of Sam’s Club Connect’s highest-priority product and platform initiatives, gain broad exposure across the portfolio, and help build scalable ways of working as the business continues to evolve.

What You’ll Do

  • Support go-to-market strategy and execution across Onsite Display, Sponsored Search, Sponsored Ads, and platform capabilities, from product planning through launch and adoption.
  • Build a strong understanding of internal tools, workflows, and product capabilities and support how they are positioned, launched, communicated, enabled, and adopted across the organization.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to understand product roadmaps, requirements, and dependencies and translate complex capabilities into clear advertiser and user value, positioning, messaging, and use cases.
  • Support opportunity assessments for new products and capabilities, evaluating market need, business opportunity, and cross-functional considerations to help inform product and GTM decisions.
  • Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer and internal user feedback to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities that inform product priorities and ongoing enhancements.
  • Create sales and internal enablement resources, including pitch materials, one-sheets, FAQs, case studies, playbooks, training materials, and launch communications.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Launch Readiness, Media Strategy, Measurement, and other teams to support launch readiness, training, and adoption of new products and capabilities.
  • Track product and tool adoption, identify barriers and opportunities, and support recommendations to improve utilization over time.
  • Support priority Product Marketing initiatives across the broader portfolio as business needs evolve, contributing to a range of products and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, product management, GTM, internal tools, or a closely related role.
  • Experience supporting GTM plans, product launches, adoption programs, or operational tools in a product or platform environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear advertiser or user value propositions, messaging, and enablement.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills and experience working across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize customer or user feedback, adoption performance, and business signals into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience with Onsite Display, Sponsored Search, Sponsored Ads, ecommerce advertising, or related digital media products.
  • Experience working across internal tools, operational products, or employee-facing capabilities.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, or Measurement teams on product launches, adoption, and enablement.
  • Experience creating playbooks, training materials, launch communications, or seller-facing resources.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
