What you'll do...

Role summary: The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, leads the development and execution of complex data models and analytical solutions to drive strategic business outcomes. This role partners with senior leadership to identify key challenges, deliver actionable insights, and influence decision-making across multiple functions. Responsible for managing advanced analytics projects end-to-end, the position also builds and mentors a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional partnership to support data-driven strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and business growth. About the team: The team leads marketplace pricing strategies by leveraging advanced analytics and market insights to enhance competitiveness. It collaborates across functions to identify process improvements and applies strong program management practices. Engaging stakeholders, the team aligns initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes through clear communication and analytical rigor. Members utilize data analysis, business strategies, and technology knowledge to support decision-making and deliver impactful results. Focused on continuous improvement, the team drives organizational goals and sustains a strong marketplace position through strategic program, financial, and business operations management. What you'll do:

  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives to address complex business challenges and support data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team, fostering skill development and engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for analytics solutions, including prototype development, testing, and implementation.
  • Drive the creation and deployment of data models and algorithms to generate measurable business value.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of analytics strategies.

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience in advanced analytics, data modeling, and algorithm development to drive business results.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities managing complex, end-to-end analytics initiatives.
  • Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally with senior leadership and various business partners.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations for business growth.
  • Proficiency in managing prototype development, testing, and validation of analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848 | Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
