The team drives strategic pricing initiatives by analyzing data to guide investments that enhance customer trust and business performance. It leads cross-functional collaboration and executive support for key pricing decisions, evaluates competitive pricing and market trends, and manages tools that inform pricing strategies. The team also governs enterprise pricing principles to ensure consistent application and sustainable differentiation. By translating merchant insights into scalable pricing solutions, the team supports effective strategy execution and continuous improvement, fostering informed decision-making and advancing enterprise goals through data-driven analysis and stakeholder partnership. What you'll do:
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, actionable strategic plans.
- Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and initiatives, recommending improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles.
- Establish and oversee processes, timelines, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and recognition.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to support strategic growth and alignment with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
