This team drives financial planning and analysis to shape global sourcing strategies, enhance supply resilience, and improve cost efficiency. Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain, the team influences key decisions impacting millions of customers and suppliers. Combining financial expertise, strategic insight, and data analysis, members support long-term growth, value creation, and effective risk management aligned with Walmart’s commitment to trust and operational excellence. What you'll do:
- Prepare and analyze complex financial models to support business planning and expense target recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance and ensure proper controls are in place.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management through presentations and reports.
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and adjusting performance metrics.
- Mentor and develop team members by providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards across financial functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting transparency and cost effectiveness.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
