The Senior Manager, Private Brand Management, leads strategic initiatives to enhance brand performance by leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires influencing stakeholders, driving product development strategies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position demands strong decision-making skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex projects while fostering partnerships internally and externally. The successful candidate will guide teams to deliver member-focused solutions, continuously improve processes, and uphold Walmart’s standards of integrity and operational excellence to support sustained brand growth. About the team: The Private Brand Management team leads the development and execution of the Fashion Private Brands calendar and standard operating procedures. This team collaborates closely with design, product development, sourcing, marketing, and merchandising to ensure timely delivery of seasonal milestones. Members apply strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to translate complex timelines into clear, actionable plans. The team drives alignment across functions, supports continuous improvement, and leverages data insights to influence strategic decisions. It fosters a results-oriented environment focused on precision, adaptability, and effective project management to meet business objectives. What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain the master Fashion Private Brands calendar, integrating milestones across design, development, sourcing, production, and marketing.
  • Manage and coordinate updates across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Report on calendar performance, tracking progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and recommending adjustments to maintain critical timelines. Ensure calendar accuracy and visibility across all fashion categories.
  • Create and distribute regular status reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support seasonal planning, line reviews, and Go-to-Market readiness.
  • Ensure that the Fashion Private Brands calendar reflects all business-critical activities, including design deadlines, sample reviews, and launch timelines.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines with competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with private brand or owned label programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of fashion development cycles and critical path management preferred.
  • Experience reporting and presenting to executive-level stakeholders preferred.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
