Role summary:
As Senior Merchant, Women’s Digital Footwear, you’ll lead Women’s Athletics and Classic Brands and have the opportunity to shape what’s next for a highly visible, fast-moving business. You’ll bring together a love of product, strong merchant instincts and customer insights to build assortments customers are excited to discover. From growing relationships with leading brands to uncovering new opportunities, you’ll have the freedom to think big and turn ideas into action. - Set the strategy for Women’s Athletics and Classic Brands, building assortments that balance customer needs, market trends and business opportunity.
- Own the digital business across sales, profit, inventory, pricing and promotional strategy.
- Build relationships with leading national brands, negotiate for Walmart customers and identify new brands and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Design and Product Development to create compelling, differentiated product.
- Use data, customer insights and merchant instinct to spot opportunities and make decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Influence across Site Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Supply Chain to bring the strategy to life.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
