Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Finanzen in Dietikon ZH suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und mitanpackende Persönlichkeit.

Teamleiter Anlagenbuchhaltung 80\-100% (m/w/d) ==============================================

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Führung eines zweiköpfigen Teams
  • Ausführung und Abstimmung der monatlichen Abschreibungsläufe und Aktivierungen
  • Leitung von Teilprojekten im Bereich Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Kontierung und Visierung der Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Unterstützung des Anlagenteams (Dateneröffnung und Datenpflege)
  • Durchführung diverser Abstimmungsarbeiten im Hauptbuch
  • Koordination, Führung und Mithilfe bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten in den Bereichen Anlagenbuchhaltung und Inventur
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP\-Systems im Bereich Anlagenbuchhaltung, inklusive Koordination und Testing der jährlichen Updates sowie Analyse und Dokumentation von Prozessen und Schnittstellen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Beschaffungsabteilung
  • Mitarbeit im Bereich Leasing und Fahrzeugbewirtschaftung

Ihr Profil:

  • Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und vernetztes Denken
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und sehr gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse sowie ABACUS Know\-how in den Applikationen Anlagen\- und Finanzbuchhaltung sowie in der Projektverwaltung erwünscht
  • Projekterfahrung erwünscht
  • Selbständige, genaue sowie zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • ösisch\- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
