Jobomschrijving

Als Technical Sales Support ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen van klanten en collega's. Je ondersteunt het verkoopteam door technische oplossingen uit te werken, berekeningen uit te voeren en klanten professioneel te adviseren.

Je werkt nauw samen met Account Managers, Internal Sales, Marketing, Product Management en andere technische collega's om de beste oplossingen voor onze klanten te realiseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Technische ondersteuning

  • Je beantwoordt technische vragen van klanten en collega's.
  • Je werkt standaard technische oplossingen, berekeningen en stuklijsten (BoM)uit.
  • Je stelt technische tekeningen met behulp van CAD-software op.
  • Je controleert technische haalbaarheid van projecten.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende ontwerprichtlijnen en technische standaarden.
  • Je ondersteunt het sales team bij projectaanvragen.

Klantencontact

  • Je geeft professioneel technisch advies aan klanten.
  • Je analyseert technische behoeften en vertaalt die naar passende Walraven-oplossingen.
  • Je onderhoudt goede relaties met klanten en interne stakeholders.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten tijdens hun projectfase.

Opleiding en ervaring

  • Bachelorniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica, bouwkunde, industrieel ontwerp of architectuur.
  • Een eerste werkervaring is handig, maar gemotiveerde starters zijn zeker welkom.
  • Affiniteit met technische producten en technische documentatie.
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden (MS Office, CRM, ERP en CAD-software).

Talen

  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands én Frans (tweetalig).
  • Goede kennis van het Engels voor interne communicatie en technische documentatie.
