The posting

Join a family-owned automotive leader with 70+ years in the business. Based out of our Edina Warehouse and Eden Praire store, you'll deliver parts to customers across Minnesota. We give you what you need to run your route: a truck, a company phone, and gas. Our routes cover more than 900 miles end to end, so expect to be on the road. If you like driving, working on your own, and wrapping up your day early, this is a good fit.

Schedule

  • Routes start between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM
  • Most days you're done within 8 hours of your start time

Pay

  • $20/hour

What You'll Do

  • Drive your assigned route and deliver parts on time to customers across MN, WI, and ND
  • Load and unload your truck safely, including large and heavy boxes
  • Use a company smartphone for GPS and delivery confirmations
  • Keep your truck clean, organized, and ready to go
  • Communicate with the team about delays, issues, or route changes

What You'll Bring

  • Valid driver's license (no CDL required) and a driving record that meets our motor vehicle record standards
  • Current DOT medical card (or ability to get one before your start date)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and load and unload throughout your shift
  • Reliable and self-motivated. You'll spend most of the day on your own
  • Comfort with early mornings and long drives
  • No automotive experience needed

What's In It For You

  • Company truck, phone, and gas provided
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) for rest, family, or personal time
  • Career growth and advancement: we promote from within, with clear career paths and mentorship
  • Comprehensive health benefits: Blue Cross Blue Shield medical, dental, and vision, plus HSA and FSA options and additional wellness benefits
  • Life insurance and 401(k) with employer match
  • Fertility and adoption assistance: up to $10,000
  • Employee discounts across products and services
  • Employee Resource Groups: Women of Walser, Drive with Pride, Asian Hmong Alliance, and Veterans at Walser
  • Community involvement through the Walser Foundation
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a Referral Program with bonuses

Our Core Values

  • Do The Right Thing – Nothing is worth compromising a relationship.
  • Lead By Example – Be willing to help no matter how difficult the challenge.
  • Display Positive Energy – A good attitude is highly contagious.
  • Be Open Minded – The only thing that is constant is change.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
