Wir suchen 1 Operativer Einkauf & Logistik (m/w/d)

Dein Organisationstalent macht den Unterschied. Für unseren Kunden, einem international etablierten Markenunternehmen für Schutz- und Workwear-Lösungen im Premium-Bereich, suchen wir eine Fachkraft für den operativen Einkauf und die Logistik. In dieser Funktion trägst Du dazu bei, Materialien bedarfsgerecht zu beschaffen und einen verlässlichen Warenfluss sicherzustellen.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Bestellabwicklung von der Bedarfsmeldung bis zum Wareneingang

* Liefertermine überwachen und Abweichungen klären

* Angebote einholen und Konditionen vergleichen

* Artikel-, Lieferanten- und Bestelldaten pflegen

* Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Rechnungen abgleichen

* Transporte koordinieren und offene Lieferungen nachverfolgen

DEINE PERSÖNLICHKEIT:

* strukturiert und sorgfältig

* Termin- und prioritätenbewusst

* verbindlich in der Kommunikation

* vorausschauend und lösungsorientiert

DEIN FACHLICHES PROFIL:

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung

* Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf und/oder in der Logistik

* vertraut mit Bestellprozessen, Lieferterminen und Stammdatenpflege

* sicherer Umgang mit Office-Programmen, ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse für die schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Speditionen und internen Fachabteilungen.
