Voor een internationale productieorganisatie in de regio Kempen zoeken wij een Business Controller. Een organisatie met een stabiele marktpositie en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en innovatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de CFO en afdelingsverantwoordelijken en krijgt de vrijheid om echt iets op te bouwen.

Business Controller: jouw impact in deze rol

● Jij stelt budgetten op en analyseert resultaten ten opzichte van budget, voorafgaande boekjaren en forecast-doelstellingen. Doordat jij proactief afwijkingen signaleert en acties uitwerkt blijft de organisatie altijd in control.

● Jij draagt verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële maandafsluiting van omzet en voorraad en bent nauw betrokken bij interne en externe audits. Doordat jij deze processen strak beheert beschikt de organisatie altijd over een betrouwbare financiële basis.

● Jij werkt mee aan financiële en operationele projecten en procesoptimalisatie en maakt ad hoc analyses die nieuwe inzichten genereren. Doordat jij financiële opportuniteiten identificeert en opvolgt heeft jouw werk een directe impact op de groei van de organisatie.

● Jij fungeert als sterke sparringpartner voor afdelingsverantwoordelijken en de directie en draagt proactief verbetervoorstellen uit. Doordat jij finance en operations met elkaar verbindt worden beslissingen sneller en beter onderbouwd genomen.

Jouw profiel

● Master in een financiële of economische richting

● Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in audit, consulting of controlling
