Voor een groeiende internationale organisatie in de regio Antwerpen zoeken wij een Finance Lead & Controller. De organisatie combineert een professionele en dynamische werkcultuur met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en samenwerking. Finance Lead & Controller: jouw impact in deze rol● Jij zorgt voor uniforme en betrouwbare financiële verslaglegging en stelt managementrapportages op die de basis vormen voor strategische beslissingen. Doordat jij het verhaal achter de cijfers begrijpt en helder communiceert kan het management snel en onderbouwd handelen. ● Jij controleert en analyseert maandelijkse projectresultaten en het bedrijfsresultaat en stelt budgetten en forecasts op. Doordat jij proactief afwijkingen signaleert en verbetervoorstellen doet blijft de organisatie financieel gezond en in control. ● Jij houdt toezicht op de administratieve organisatie, interne controle en toezichtprocedures en adviseert het management over alle gebieden die van invloed zijn op de bedrijfsvoering. Doordat jij compliance en processen strak bewaakt wordt de organisatie efficiënter en wendbaarder. ● Jij helpt mee bij interne en externe audits en formuleert mee het bedrijfsbeleid en communiceert dit helder binnen de organisatie. Doordat jij eigenaarschap neemt over de financiële processen en hands-on te werk gaat heeft jouw werk een directe en zichtbare impact.

Jouw profiel● Bachelor of Master in bedrijfseconomie, accountancy of een gerelateerde richting ● Minimum 6 jaar relevante ervaring in een operationele of financial controller rol bij voorkeur binnen een internationale of projectgedreven organisatie ● Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus
