Voor een van onze klanten in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Finance Manager die de verantwoordelijkheid opneemt over de financiële afdeling en een belangrijke rol speelt in de verdere groei van het bedrijf. Onze klant is een gevestigde familiale onderneming met tientallen jaren ervaring in haar sector, die jarenlange expertise combineert met een toekomstgerichte aanpak. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met het senior management, stuurt het financiële team aan en helpt medewerkers zich verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast krijg je de autonomie om jouw ideeën om te zetten in concrete verbeteringen.

Dit is een kans om verder te gaan dan rapportering en écht mee de toekomst van het bedrijf vorm te geven.

Finance Manager: jouw impact in deze functie

  • Je houdt toezicht op de volledige financiële werking van het bedrijf en combineert kennis van boekhouding met financiële controlling om ervoor te zorgen dat het management over correcte en betrouwbare financiële informatie beschikt.
  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op voor financiële rapportering, budgettering en forecasting en biedt het management duidelijke inzichten ter ondersteuning van strategische beslissingen.
  • Je identificeert mogelijkheden om financiële processen te optimaliseren, de interne controles te versterken en de algemene financiële prestaties van het bedrijf te verbeteren.
  • Je stuurt het financiële team aan en begeleidt de ontwikkeling van je medewerkers. Daarbij stimuleer je een proactieve houding en een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering binnen de afdeling.

Jouw profiel: Finance Manager

  • Je hebt 4 tot 12 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, boekhouding of controlling.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van financiële processen. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
