Voor een familiale KMO in de regio Turnhout zoeken wij een Finance Manager. Een organisatie met korte lijnen en een open cultuur waar jouw stem gehoord wordt en waar finance een strategische rol speelt. Geen logge structuren, geen eindeloze vergaderingen. Finance Manager: jouw impact in deze rol

  • Jij bewaakt de volledige financiële werking van de organisatie en combineert boekhoudkundige expertise met business en financial controlling. Doordat jij het grote plaatje én de details in de gaten houdt beschikt het management altijd over betrouwbare en bruikbare informatie.
  • Jij bouwt en optimaliseert rapportages, dashboards en financiële modellen in Excel en denkt actief mee over automatisering van financiële processen. Doordat jij technologie en finance combineert wordt de organisatie efficiënter en toekomstgerichter.
  • Jij fungeert als sparringpartner van het management en vertaalt complexe financiële data naar concrete en actiegerichte inzichten. Doordat jij proactief signaleert en bijstuurt worden strategische beslissingen sneller en beter onderbouwd genomen.
  • Jij stuurt het finance team aan en coacht je collega's naar een hoger niveau. Doordat jij investeert in je team en een cultuur van verbetering en groei stimuleert wordt de financiële afdeling structureel sterker.

Jouw profiel

  • Sterke basis in accounting, business controlling en financial controlling met een uitgesproken affiniteit voor Excel en automatisering
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een all-around financiële rol met people management ervaring
  • Jij bent iemand die graag op kantoor is, stappen onderneemt en van nature initiatief neemt
