En schrik jij er niet voor terug om regelmatig naar Europese vestigingen te reizen om daar finance processen en ERP- implementaties mee op te zetten? Voor een internationale productiegroep met vestigingen verspreid over meerdere Europese landen in de regio Kontich zoeken wij een Group Controller. De organisatie combineert internationale slagkracht met de betrokken en ondernemende cultuur van een mensgerichte organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de CFO en krijgt de ruimte om finance processen te moderniseren en te professionaliseren.

Group Controller: jouw impact in deze rol ● Jij neemt ownership over de groepsrapportering en consolidatie en bewaakt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen van de lokale entiteiten. Doordat jij financiële data betrouwbaar en tijdig aanlevert kan het senior management met vertrouwen strategische keuzes maken op groepsniveau. ● Jij voert diepgaande financial controlling en data-analyses uit en vertaalt de resultaten naar concrete aanbevelingen voor de CFO en het management. Doordat jij niet alleen rapporteert maar ook proactief bijstuurt heeft jouw werk een directe impact op de financiële prestaties van de groep. ● Jij trekt de kar bij ERP-implementaties en procesverbeteringen over de verschillende Europese vestigingen en reist hiervoor regelmatig naar het buitenland. Doordat jij ter plaatse de juiste processen opzet en de lokale teams begeleidt, wordt de finance-organisatie efficiënter en klaar voor verdere schaalvergroting. ● Jij bouwt mee aan een moderne en toekomstgerichte finance-infrastructuur via ERP-systemen, BI-tools en dashboards. Doordat jij technologie en finance combineert creëer jij processen en tools die de hele organisatie vooruit helpen. Jouw profiel ● Master of Bachelor in Accounting, Finance of een gerelateerde richting met een stevige basis in accounting of controlling. ● Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring met een sterke combinatie van audit en controlling, een uitgesproken IT-affiniteit, drive voor procesoptimalisatie en aantoonbare ERP-ervaring als absolute must. ● Jij bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen naar Europese vestigingen en vindt het een uitdaging om lokale teams mee op sleeptouw te nemen.
