Seit über 25 Jahren ist das Ästhetik\- und Laserzentrum Zürichsee in Meilen eine etablierte Adresse für Dermatologie. Wir verbinden ästhetische Dermatologie sowie Laser\- und Gerätemedizin mit klassischer Dermatologie und Allergologie, wissenschaftlich fundiert und mit persönlicher Betreuung für unsere anspruchsvolle, regionale und internationale Kundschaft.

Im Rahmen der Nachfolge unserer ärztlichen Leitung suchen wir ab Mitte 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachlich profilierte und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit Weitblick, die Bewährtes weiterführt und eigene Impulse für die Zukunft einbringt. Als Teil der medermis\-Gruppe werden wir dabei mit fachlichem Austausch und übergreifenden Ressourcen unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben • Eigene Sprechstunde mit verschiedenen möglichen Schwerpunkten in allgemeiner Dermatologie, Dermatochirurgie, Allergologie, ästhetischer Dermatologie, Laser\- und Gerätemedizin sowie Trichologie • Schrittweise Übernahme der ärztlichen Gesamtverantwortung und Führung des Teams • Weiterentwicklung von Positionierung, Angebot und Organisation der Praxis • Vertretung der Praxis gegenüber Patienten, Zuweisenden und Partnern

Ihr Profil • Facharzttitel Dermatologie FMH oder gleichwertig anerkannt • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Dermatologie. Kompetenzen in ästhetischer Dermatologie, Lasermedizin, Dermatochirurgie, Allergologie und Trichologie von Vorteil • Sorgfalt und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Patienten • Freude und Empathie in der Mitarbeiterführung • Unternehmerischer Weitblick, Teamgeist und Verbindlichkeit • Freude an modernen Marketing\- und Kommunikationsmethoden • Wissenschaftliches Interesse, Publikationen von Vorteil • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
