Industrial Engineer Supervisor | Querétaro

Estamos buscando un Industrial Engineer Supervisor para coordinar y estandarizar las actividades del área de Ingeniería en nuestros sitios de Querétaro, impulsando proyectos de mejora continua, optimización operacional, estudios de capacidad, layouts y metodologías de ingeniería, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente, estándares corporativos WOW y sistemas de gestión ISO.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Liderar al equipo de Ingeniería y coordinar proyectos de mejora continua y optimización operacional. • Gestionar el portafolio de proyectos de Ingeniería, asegurando cumplimiento de tiempos, recursos y entregables. • Desarrollar y validar estudios de tiempos, movimientos, capacidad operacional y flujo de procesos. • Coordinar la elaboración y actualización de layouts, diagramas de flujo, procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y documentación técnica. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001. • Coordinar auditorías internas y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y oportunidades de mejora. • Impulsar iniciativas Kaizen, Six Sigma, talleres de mejora e innovación operacional. • Brindar soporte técnico a Operaciones, Calidad, Seguridad y clientes. • Presentar avances y resultados de proyectos a la dirección y partes interesadas. • Desarrollar al equipo mediante capacitación, coaching y seguimiento al desempeño.

Requisitos:

🎓 Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Logística o carrera afín. Titulado

Experiencia:

• 3 años o más en áreas de Ingeniería, Mejora Continua o Calidad. • Experiencia liderando proyectos multidisciplinarios. • Experiencia en implementación de mejoras operativas. • Experiencia en industria automotriz o logística (preferente).

Certificaciones deseables:

• Auditor Interno ISO 9001 (preferente). • Six Sigma Green Belt (deseable).

Conocimientos y habilidades: • Mejora continua, análisis de procesos y solución de problemas. • Gestión de proyectos y análisis de indicadores KPI. • Capacidad para desarrollar análisis técnicos y propuestas de optimización.

Idioma: Inglés intermedio.

Disponibilidad: Para viajar.
