What to Expect

Location: Berlin (Mitte), Germany; On-site (attendance in our Berlin offices is expected every day)

The Talent Mobilization Venture

We are currently building the leading global platform for talent mobility, to connect skilled labor with companies of all sizes in urgent need of talent. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Assisting candidates in completing their profiles to enhance their potential for job matching
  • Providing interview coaching and ongoing support for candidates
  • Managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders and analyzing large sets of data

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, thrives in a dynamic start-up environment
  • A passion for connecting people and creating opportunities
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Can-do mentality and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of the talent and recruiting market is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English is required
