Wafab Bil söker nu en engagerad och driven bilsäljare på heltid till vår anläggning i Kristinehamn.

Hos oss får du arbeta med försäljning av nya Kia-bilar och begagnade bilar i en varierad roll där kundrelationer, försäljning och eget ansvar står i centrum.

Vi söker dig som tycker om att göra affärer, har en hög känsla för service och trivs i en vardag där det händer mycket.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Som bilsäljare hos Wafab Bil ansvarar du för hela kundresan – från första kontakt och behovsanalys till provkörning, affär, leverans och uppföljning.

Du arbetar aktivt med både nya och befintliga kunder och driver själv ditt försäljningsarbete framåt.

En viktig del av rollen är även att värdera inbytesbilar och ta ansvar för hela processen kring inbyten.

Du får ett tydligt eget ansvar för din försäljning och arbetar mot uppsatta mål tillsammans med försäljningsteamet.

Dina arbetstider är 40 timmar schemalagt på vardagar 9-18, lördagar 10-14 och ibland söndagar.

Kompetenskrav

Tidigare erfarenhet inom försäljning är meriterande. Som säljare hos oss förväntas du ha goda kunskaper om våra produkter och tjänster, samt att vara väl insatt i marknadstrender och konkurrenter.

Personliga egenskaper

Du är en person som tycker om människor och försäljning.

Du är trygg i kundmötet och har lätt för att skapa förtroende. Du lyssnar på kunden, ställer rätt frågor och är mån om att hitta en lösning som passar kundens behov.

Du en person som driver dig själv framåt. Du väntar inte på att affärerna ska komma till dig, utan tycker om att aktivt arbeta med kunder, uppföljning och nya försäljningsmöjligheter.

Du är strukturerad och noggrann och har förmågan att hålla ordning även när tempot är högt.

Det viktigaste för oss är att du har rätt inställning, ett starkt kundfokus och viljan att utvecklas tillsammans med oss.
