Für die Ausgleichskasse Luzern suchen wir eine engagierte, durchsetzungsstarke und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als Teamleiter/in Inkasso. Der Stellenantritt erfolgt nach Vereinbarung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein Team von 12 Fachpersonen im Inkasso des Bereichs Beiträge.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für dein Team und sorgst für eine effiziente sowie qualitativ hochwertige Aufgabenerfüllung.
  • Du unterstützt die Bereichsleitung Beiträge und arbeitest aktiv in Projekten mit.
  • Du stellst die korrekte Durchführung des AHV\-rechtlichen Inkassos sowie die rechtskonforme Anwendung des SchKG sicher.
  • Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden kompetent und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Arbeitgebenden, Kunden, Behörden, Ämtern sowie internen Fachstellen zusammen.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Inkasso\- oder Finanzbereich, Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsbereich sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit und verstehst es, dein Team zu fördern, zu motivieren und erfolgreich zu führen.
  • Du denkst vernetzt, handelst verantwortungsbewusst und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du kommunizierst adressatengerecht, verfügst über Verhandlungsgeschick und überzeugst durch dein sicheres Auftreten.
  • Du begegnest Menschen mit Wertschätzung, Empathie und hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Du bist offen für Veränderungen, bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest Entwicklungen aktiv mit.
