What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP application, data, integration, reporting, security, and system performance issues, including root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
  • Support Dynamics GP upgrades, patching, environment maintenance, workflows, business rules, security configurations, and business-critical financial processing.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, database objects, reports, dashboards, data extracts, and other reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, Solver BI360, Management Reporter, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Workato, eConnect, APIs, middleware, Azure integration technologies, and modern cloud integration patterns.
  • Support third-party Dynamics GP applications, including Binary Stream Multi-Entity Management, Solver BI360, eOne SmartList Builder, SmartView, SalesPad, Concur/Brittenford, and Mekorma.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to translate business needs into technical designs, specifications, implementation plans, and solution recommendations.
  • Serve as an escalation point for production issues and business-critical incidents while documenting support activities, issue resolutions, system configurations, and knowledge articles.
  • Support the transition from Dynamics GP to D365 F&SCM through requirements analysis, solution design reviews, data migration and reconciliation, integration design, reporting transition, testing, security, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Participate in conference-room pilots, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, business process verification, and knowledge transfer for future-state D365 F&SCM support.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics GP development experience and experience supporting enterprise ERP applications in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics GP, Dexterity development, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL stored procedures, SSRS, Power BI, Visual Studio, Workato, eConnect, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing SQL-based reporting and database solutions and supporting enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience supporting business-critical financial systems and working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with API-based integrations, Azure integration technologies, middleware platforms, and modern cloud integration patterns.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical documentation, communication, and knowledge-transfer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SQL Server development experience and experience with SQL Server administration.
  • Hands-on .NET development experience and experience supporting the Dynamics GP third-party ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting financial systems, accounting processes, and multi-entity or multi-company business environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure integrations, data entities, electronic reporting, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Experience participating in Microsoft Dynamics ERP migrations, upgrades, or transformation programs, including data migration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience working with implementation partners during ERP deployments and supporting SaaS-based ERP platforms and cloud application lifecycles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
